Branding

Yes .. Bashqash can integrate with your systems currently in place. We even offer some complementary white-label/OEM solutions so none of our brands appear on your systems after integration

Yes, you can have your branded cards on the app. In addition, we can print your branded smart NFC or regular plastic cards so you can disseminate them to your end-customers. We can also print your branded smart NFC bracelets so they can be used by your tenants/vendors, end-customers/visitors and their kids/family.

Customer Support

Absolutely not.. You are not obliged to buy or rent any of Bashqash point of sale (POS) devices to enable your operations. You and your customers can use their own devices by installing the Android and/or iOS apps directly from the app stores. Our payment devices are 128bit secured and could issue bills right after the transaction completed. This may not be attained using the regular mobile devices. So we encourage you to use the devices for an enhanced experience for you and your customers

Yes, actually this is one of our most popular contractual forms. You do not have to purchase the devices if your events are less than 2 weeks (short term). You can simply apply for a rental contract. We will do all the setup for you. Contact our sales team and they will make sure to support.

Well.. it depends on your chosen contractual form. We offer our devices in purchase or rental forms. We provide usage licenses for your selected tenants/vendors. We also offer another form of payment for the solution by cutting a tiny percentage of the transaction value. To have a better understanding and an estimated cost, kindly contact our sales team and they will make sure they will support you.

We Definitely do! Implementation is one of our multiple skills and services that we offer to our success partners. At any given event or location, we can assign you a dedicated support engineer to act as the first line of support for your team. No .. Bashqash works regular Internet to communicate and report. No special requirements at all. Bashkosh uses the Internet to communicate with banks in order to execute nightly payment orders to complete its operations. Bashqash also offers an on-prem cloud model that enables you to have your own network connections and servers if needed.
